DR. ANITA MERANI
Dr. Anita Merani’s passion for holistic health and cosmetology was the primary driving force behind the creation of BodyMed+ – a highly specialised medical clinic that focuses on safe, state-of-the-art skin, hair, anti-ageing and weight loss treatments. After gaining an MBBS from the prestigious BJ Medical College in Pune, Dr. Merani’s interest moved to the field of Fitness and Nutrition. She obtained a certification as a Health Coach in 2010 and as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist from the American Council Of Exercise, which serves as America's Authority on Fitness®.
Dr. Merani is also a certified Personal Trainer from the K11 Fitness Academy of Fitness Sciences as well as a specialist in advanced Diet and Nutrition. Her unique, broad and keen sense to help alleviate their symptoms and transform them to fitness and wellness rather than mere weight loss, made her take up a certification in cosmetology under the guidance of renowned cosmetologist, Dr Jamuna Pai, Mumbai.

Wellness is incomplete without the mind-body element. She is qualified as a Yoga therapist from the renowned Yog Vidyadham, Nashik and collaborates with them, catering to various online yoga prescriptions worldwide. Her affiliations to various governing bodies and organisations provide her with a holistic approach to transforming the individual and leading people to a better quality of life.
